Meet Emily
Emily´s love for Portugal started in 2010, when she first moved to Lisbon with her Portuguese husband. After 4 years, she moved with her family to Berlin and later on to Brussels (where Emily is from). During these 8 years abroad, Emily regularly returned to Portugal, witnessing with great joy and excitement the tremendous change happening to her adoptive country. She immediately felt compelled to share Portugal´s many hidden wonders and started spreading the love! Emily´s Hospitality was born when she resettled to Lisbon in the summer of 2022.
Through the various services Emily has to offer, she wants people to feel as welcome and cosy in Portugal as she once did, knowing all too well the challenges in relocating to a foreign country, often without speaking the language and knowing where to start.
Emily worked in TV production, fashion, marketing and sales and Non-Profit Organisations. She speaks 6 languages (French, English, Portuguese, Russian, German and Polish) and has lived in Brussels, London, Paris, Berlin - and of course Lisbon. She believes her international background, coupled with her trusted Portuguese network, make her your best ally in your endeavor to find authenticity and cosmopolitanism when moving or travelling to Portugal.
